What we collect

eventtimer.world is a public countdown site. Browsing is anonymous — we do not require you to sign in to view events. When you submit a schedule-change report, we store the message, the report type, your optional display name, the associated event, a timestamp, and your IP address for spam and abuse prevention.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently set advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. Plausible or server-side counters) we will update this page and, where required by law (GDPR / POPIA), show a consent notice before any non-essential tracker loads.

Third-party links

Event pages contain outbound affiliate links to sportsbooks, ticket vendors, streaming services and retailers. Once you click, those third parties operate under their own privacy policies. We do not share your identity with them; they may set their own cookies when you land on their site.

Data retention

Report submissions are retained while they remain relevant for moderation and event correctness. You can request removal of a report you submitted by emailing the address below with enough detail to identify the record.

Your rights

If you're in the EU, UK, or South Africa (POPIA), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the address below.
